Help With Replace Pic In Order

I had a customer place an order for an 8x10 and id like to replace the pic because its currently cropped to fit an 4x6 the best.... when i go to replace the photo it just loads a page that says "nologin" I am logged in... please help.... the customer also ordered the same picture as a 4x6.... i dont want to replace that crop or image though
