We got our first snow the other day and I thought I would capture some birds in flight against the natural white background of snow. here's one of them.

I really like the details you got here, it is perfect. The position is strange but I like it, reminds me of the medical symbol with snake on it. I could see some really intersting 'digital art' coming from this photo. thumb.gif

However, i don't think your copyright sig is really doing you any good here because on a white or black solid background someone can easily remove it. Just thought i'd mention that - maybe you could move it up so it intersects the bird somwhere not too distracting?

That is an outstanding capture. My only complaint is that you shoud have posted a larger size.

Excellent comp too. This is one of those times when placing your subject in the center of the frame works.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
