Taken outside of the Citrus Bowl this morning where the Miami Hurricanes will play the Wisconsin Badgers tonight. The game is the "Capital One Bowl".

Good capture. I don't know if I would like it more if the cop's face were in the pic or just the way it is. In CA, it is illegal to "scalp" tickets the day of the game.

I tried, believe me. I was across the street and traffic kept getting between me and the man and the cop.

Scalping is illegal here if the price asked is greater than the face value of the ticket. Due to the cold weather (cold for Orlando, anyway), tickets were being sold by ticket-holders for under face, and re-sold at face.

However, the police don't really put much effort into checking what the scalpers are asking for the tickets. The city officials are more interested in the bowl being full.
