fooling around with some pics from last weekend's trip to Mt Baker, and thought i'd see how this one looked in B&W... i think i rather like it!

    Yanno, I loved the crisp colors in your other version but the light is so much more apparent in your black and white. Now I can't decide. :D

    Looks great! I'd maybe darken the sky a little to emphasize the mountain, though.

    Between the color and B&W, I prefer the B&W. The blues looks nice in the color version but there isn't enough color variety (to my eye and liking), so the B&W makes a nice composition into a nicer image...thumb.gif

    thanks, everyone... Danny, i tried darkening the sky, but it seems to "unbalance" the photo just a bit... i found i kinda prefer this version. besides, i don't want it to look like a night shot! ;)
