Aperture F45.00???

Below is all the info from a Picture I took recently, you'll notice that the Aperture Value is given as 45.0. and the lens is a Canon ef70-300mm (at 300mm) on a 50d body.

Does anyone have any idea how this AV was acheived, in theory the lens doesn't support such a small setting
