Aperture F45.00???

Below is all the info from a Picture I took recently, you'll notice that the Aperture Value is given as 45.0. and the lens is a Canon ef70-300mm (at 300mm) on a 50d body.
Does anyone have any idea how this AV was acheived, in theory the lens doesn't support such a small setting

Thanks Ziggy - I should have looked there first but I was convinced it was F32. I've never seen an aperture setting that low before, I dont usually use Tv - I caught the knob as I took it out the case and in the field I usually take a quick shot (to make sure I've got something) before I worry about fine tuning the settings. When I started to look at the settings it was obvious I was in Tv and I changed it back to Av.
