There may be an answer out there but I wasn't sure how to word the search.

On the Drag n Drop uploader there used to be a "Browse" button in the upper right corner. Below is what I get now, no button, has it changed?

If on pc open Windows Explorer and drag photos to the upload window.
You can select as many as you like and drag a bunch. You can even drag
a folder over and all the photos in that folder will appear in the uploader.

The browse button is in the simple uploader I think, not this one.

There is a browse button and you should have it. Have you set your browser zoom beyond 100%? Try resetting your browser also to to the default security level.
You might also be blocking the buttons with various browser security settings. Try also clearing browser cache, closing and reopening the browser.

If all this fails, please please write our Support Heroes and let us help you directly from the help desk. Thanks!

    Hey EB,
I replied to your hero question but figured I'd leave a note here as well so it may help others. The problem appears to be that Java was disabled, it can be re-enabled via 'Tools->Options->Content' 'Enable Java'.

Thanks. I got your reply and replied back.

Oh hey, do you have some anti-virus software called AVG9 installed? Its been blocking Java applications with filesystem permissions from loading.

wow - everyone that's had the same issue as you, with AVG9, turning off the "AVG Active Surf shield" has fixed 'em .

    Here's how to do that:

Well, I had disabled Resident Shield so I had a glimmer of hope. But, no luck...disabled the link scanner and still didn't get the button.

It's no big deal, I'm not uploading hundreds of shots at a time but if it's supposed to be there.......

Now I tried to drag and drop some files to the uploader and the only thing that happens is that it opens the first photo in the folder in a browser tab.

So you now see the Drag & Drop uploader user interface there? Did you drag your images over the actual uploader or did you just drag them into the browser?

No....but, I found one of your emails that went into the junk mail in Outlook. The one about Java. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled Java and all is well now. It was either corrupted or not done right. Anyhow, it's working now. Thanks for everybody's help.
