Custom Setting Issues with New Galleries

Hi All

I've started adding some sub-categories and additional Galleries to my site today.
Everything was going great until I noticed that two of my new Galleries (Bergenfield, New Jersey and Paris, France) displayed the Smugmug header rather than my custom header.
I rechecked and updated several times the gallery settings witch are set as theme = default and Apperance = Custom. , But my custom header does not appear and there are no breadcrumbs displayed to go back to the sub-category.
Weird, is that after I added those two galleries, I added an additional gallery in the Europe sub-category (Great Britian). I used the same setting and this gallery displays my header correctly.

Any ideas why those two galleries will not display correctly.

Thanks
Phil lanz

The Smugmug header shows instead of your own for several reasons:
    1. Appearance set to Smugmug instead of custom
    2. Hide Owner set to Yes instead of No
    3. Gallery belongs to a community that doesn't allow your own customization
In the case of the Paris, France gallery, it looks to me like it's a Hide Owner problem. The giveaway to the problem is that the URL of that gallery is http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/10802359_Jyjak which is how URLs look when hide owner is on (www.smugmug.com instead of your own domain).

Thanks for the quick response. The Hide Owner setting fixed all the problem galleries.

    Thanks again
