Strange auto caption

I just uploaded a couple of photos from the mother in law's camera, and they get an automatic bracketed caption, like this:

<Digimax S600 / Kenox S600 / Digimax Cyber 630>

http://malte.smugmug.com/Travel/Australia/Australia-2009/10616523_5AYvo#753583766_J5xb4-A-LB

The caption doesn't show in Lightbox or under thumbnails, but it shows in the caption editor. What is this and how do you prevent it?

Malte

    Hi Malte, your camera maker is putting their brand info in the IPTC Description field (they shouldn't do that) and so we're seeing it as a caption.

    You can delete that locally, in an app like Bridge, or you can delete it on SmugMug in the bulk captions tool.
