So I get bored with the same locations over and over again.. im learning to always keep an open eye and If I see someplace that intrigues me..even a little..no matter how strange it may seem..it could be end up being something really cool. Like this location for example...a wierd off beat property with vacant corn fields and rusty trucks. I had to knock on the door and polietly beg for the use of the property. They of course looked at me strange but agreed. Something about the old with the new... young family against rusty old beat up truck.. or newborns in vintage bread bowls.. I just love it!

These are great and your processing matches the location/mood very well. Much more memorable than the "normal" family portrait shots.

Im not fond of the grouping in the last one. Id prefer her to be included in the triangle created by the other 3 family members.

My only problem with this location (and the blankets)...is that they look a little impoverished (my first thought was refugee camp--in 3 and 4). I do like this location for a *certain* type of shot though.. Maybe adolescent boy or for a grunge feel, but for a clean and cute family it seems a little odd. The Dad espeically doesn't fit the feel of these shots. He even looks a little sceptical or uncomfortable in that shot. The clarity of the shots, processing and emotion in these is great though!

Nice work. I do agree with the blanket thing however. 5&6 are my favorites. Love the wood.

You have some cropping to do on #3. Check the bottom right edge. Looks like you missed the crop following a rotate.
