New Lens
Well, I recently got a Nikon 50mm f1.8 lens, and wanted to test it at 1.8 with the christmas lights since tonight is the last night they are lit, and we got a bit of snow today. I found that I'm going to have to stay around f2 or higher if hand held, especially in low light situations. It's also possible that my problems with blurrieness my be because I was cold and shivering a bit.

Jan 8th I'll get to try it out with a little better light when I photograph Brad's Elvis show. I'm planning on trying available light and off camera flash for that show.
