Referral Code Problem

Hi I was telling a friend about Smugmug and telling them how to sign up by using a link on my site that would use my referral code to get them a $5 dollar discount, however when we looked at the sign up form someone else's code was entered and not mine.

This is the link with my code:

however the code entered in the form is always f2Gaatbuhh4Q6 and not my code of aUvDzphm1l71Y ????

I even tried just going to www.smugmug.com and clicking Try it and the referral code isn't blank but filled in with this code f2Gaatbuhh4Q6

Why isn't my code inserted in the referral field when my referral link is used and where did the other code come from.
