Some Flower Shots I Just Found

I've been going through my files and found these shots from my in-law's garden, shot back in May. I'd forgotten about them. I shot them with a 50mm and a 10x closeup filter. I've been considering getting a Lensbaby or a macro for flower shots, so I guess these got my attention.

I did some ACR processing (WB and exposure) and a little Topaz work on a couple of them. Thanks for looking.

3. I think this one could've used some more definition. Any C&C?

HI Lauren.......I did a screen grab on the last one and checked against a histogram.......I think that it would benefit with a little more light...It would show better if it wasn't flat......... thumb.gif azzaro

I absolutely love the unorthodox composition of the first two.

Thanks, everyone--glad you like the first two!

Azzaro--I appreciate you taking time to look and view the histogram. I still have trouble with exposure and am never quite sure how much to adjust it in PP. I guess I was looking more at the comp and the overall feel of #3 than the lighting--which is probably one reason I still have trouble with exposure, eh? headscratch.gif
