Blog Sites - Which service to use?

I currently use blogspot, but I'm wondering what other people use and how you like it? Ease of use, ability to post larger pics, professional look are all important to me. The one thing about customizing the blogs, or any form based site for the most part, is that it is helpful if you understand HTML and CSS already. It is not necessary, but very helpful. In addition some of the Firefox tools such as Web Developer (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/60) which allows one to make changes and see the changes without having to reload or permanently change the page.
