If anyone knows a way to reduce a jpg file to 130Kb without greatly reducing the quality, please let me know - because, this picture looks much better in original.

This looks almost like a quiet room that just happens to contain a gorgeous waterfall. It seems a little bit underexposed to me, and could always use maybe a bit more "pop" in the color and contrast. But the composition is lovely.
Attaching photos can be brutal to the quality, but you can always upload your original JPG file to a photo hosting service. There are lots of free ones out there, but naturally a lot of us here will suggest SmugMug. You shouldn't really need to shrink your files very much, since even the Standard account holders can have files up to 12 MB in size.
