Can I accomplish this with a coupon?

We do a lot of sporting events and have used Exposure Manager..like the SM product much better..

We pre-sell vouchers on EM and then give a credit towards purchase. If they don't purchase we keep the voucher amount...

Can we do this with the SM coupon....establish a price for a coupon, usually $20 and then give a credit on sales of any amount over $25...
