I need a new memory card for my Nikon D60. I found out that I was using just a normal SD card and was complaining because the camera was so slow. Opps Rookie mistake. Well I have kids and have to be able to shoot quickly, I dont so much care about how fast it is to the computer just in the camera where it matters.

I have looked at the 4 gb Sandisk Extreme III, that is 30/mbs, and I found one on Amazon for about $35. I am on a limited budget, but I do want to be sure to get the right product I need.

Or if anyone has one just laying around just send it on over... Half way joke...

here is one at at NEW EGG....lots cheaper.....I have been using TRANSCEND for several years now with no problems.
I do not use SD cards....just CF cards......I have had failures with the following cards.....LEXAR 80X PRO & TRANSCEND133X.....ALL turned out to be OPERATOR ERROR......before I learned to turn off camera prior to removing the Flash Card..............and to only format in camera!!!clap.gifclapclap.gifthumbthumb.gifthumbbowdown.gifbowbowdown.gif

The Sandisk Extreme III cards are very capable. At 30 mbps they are quite quick whether shooting or uploading.

I buy all my flash memory at Costco. Just picked up a few of the new 8GB Sandisk Ultra 30/MB's for $27. :D They have been outstanding. Essentially a re-labeled Extreme III.
