When logged in, the site sporadically fails to recognize I am logged in and won't come up with site editing/maintenance options. Refreshing doesn't help. I removed all the customizations and it seemed to work fine. Put the customization back and it still worked. But again having issues today.
could the customization be a problem ?
any help with this is appreciated.
thanks,
Gaurawa

Yes, cookies are enabled. Also at times I have the logged-in options for the 'category view' but when I push into a gallery, I lose it.

Hi, where are you logging in - if at smugmug.com, that's cool - then you go to www.ashimayadava.com after logging in, then refresh the page - you'll should get the homepage tools.
Again, be sure you have cookies fully enabled, thanks!

Yes, I log in at www.smugmug.com. When I go to www.ashimayadava.com and refresh, the behavior is not consistent. It will recognize the login at times and fail to do so as other times.
As for cookies, I have them set at -accept cookies and -accept cookies from third party.
What browser are you using? Also are you using any internet security programs that might be clearing your cookies?

I have sent an e-mail with more details to the support team. While they fix it :devbobo the solution is to login through https://secure.smugmug.com/login.mg?goTo=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.yoursite.com%2F (update the www.yoursite.com in the url with yours), et voilà!
