Second set of Macros for 2010

More from the garden taken earlier today.
These are quite abstract in one respect and a little more out of the box than usual (the 1st 3 that is)

This next shot is another water droplet. The first image shows the droplet taken with the Sigma 105 Macro lens and THREE Extension tubes. The 2nd and 3rd are to show the relative size of the blade of grass and the droplet. The droplet itself was about 1mm, maybe less.

This one was taken at 55mm. The blade of grass photographed is the one with the strand of web or hair on it (it was cloned out of the full mag version)
And one again, the blade of grass mostly as it would be seen normally. The arrow points to it. And yes, that IS a cigarette butt in there. Either blown in or dropped by an animal of some sort. Probably a nicotine addict bird
