What is the difference between a Wildlife Biologist and a Zoologist?

I m about to start my first semester of college and am majoring Science. I am planning on becoming a Wildlife Biologist or a Zoologist. Can anybody tell me what the difference is between the two? Which field would deal with major wildlife animals more such as tigers,elephants,lions,whales etc. Which out of the two would be more interesting? Thanks!!!!
