metadata with image

I'm using pscs2 and I want to include the meta data with the image . Anyone know how to help me out ?

    as long as you "SAVE AS" and do not ever "SAVE FOR THE WEB"......the md should travel right along with the image file.

    So How do I know if it follows the image I can't tell .
    Also how do you use a zip file to up load a 37 mb image.
