playing along - 2009
Alrighty...I had fun looking at everyone else's faves from 2009, so I decided to join in the fun. As I don't actually "work" as a photog much, many of mine are much more candid/informal/impromptu in nature, and many are just family shots. But this is why I dug into photography to begin with.
This was the year of Lightroom and venturing into flash for me. I now love LR and I at least like to play with my flash. Hoping for more refinement of all skills in 2010!
Here's a link in case the slideshow doesn't work.

Also, I am so envious of your Christmas morning photos. They look perfect! I just love your light and the exposure of the tree in it!
And the pic of the older couple laughing at the laptop... adorable!
I don't remember the swimming pool ones either. So cute! Love it!

Your gallery, website, all look great. That set from the beach is my favorite of 2009.....the light being sooo magical that day. I was also drawn to the comp that included two photos of your guys in the pool. Youve got such a tastful style and artful eye.
Best of wishes for you in 2010.

Thanks, Jeff! Really appreciate your kind words and help you've provided me over the last year!
Diva and Heather - You both mentioned the Christmas pics. I'm happy to say that three of those shots are natural light and four use bounced flash. Now, I can easily tell which is which, and chances are others can, too, but I was pleased with the exposure overall.
