Winter dawn in the wetlands

Did a pre-dawn trek to a wetlands preserve, almost sank over my ankles into the bog itself on the way in...perched on one viewing platform to shoot another. It was the first snow of the season after a warm fall.

I like the colors a lot, as well as the reflections in the ice/water. The platform makes a nice subject against the trees. The horizon is off-center though, and I might crop a bit off the top and bottom to make it more of a panoramic-type shot.

Hope to see more of your work. I'm sure there are lots of photo ops in that wetlands area!
