Interesting set. I think as photographic compositions, #1 and #4 are the best. #3 and #5 could be cropped; there's a lot of dead space.
Is your white balance a little off? I realize the sand and rocks really are red there, but from the angle of the shadows it looks like about noontime, and there seems to be a slight reddish cast to everything. I suppose that could have to do with reflections from the land, particularly considering how close to the ground the action is. That's a minor nit, though.
The meal took about 20 minutes from capture to photo #5 which is amazing considering it was about 1/2 the size if not larger. I have eaten some large meals but that's crazy!

Disappointed with AF of Tamron 28-75 2.8, me less happy.
