Unread Messages?

I logged on thinking I might have a PM for a sale on the forum and saw quite a few unread PM's luckily it was a mistake!

Just thought it was humorous more than a problem and I would post the question as to why it is there like that...

Just realized this is for Smug Mug not Dgrin... well someone can either move it over or it can have the same mostly comedic affect here. sry bout that.

    Wow... you need to get caught up in your reading...

    This has happened from time to time to a number of people. I don't know why, but I imagine it's some obscure bug in vBulletin. I don't think it actually interferes with PMs though. ne_nau.gif

    Others have reported the same problem and with that same exact number of unread private messages (even if your PM box can't possibly hold that many). Yes, its a bug.
