Looks like the highlights are a little blown, but I really like #2. At first glance, it seems like the walking tourists are really downtrodden amidst all the Hollywood junk. Then I realized what they were looking at. Very good work.
I'd concentrate a touch more on the shots, and a touch less on the captions. The first one simply doesn't work - but it might have if you'd tried to move to the left, around her hand, and also watched all the blown highlights. As it is, my eyes have to struggle to figure out what's going on.
The second one, as Richard noted, is a good shot, but, again, the blown highlights really detract.
