It's hard to tell how much was real motion blur and how much you added in post, but if you could make the rear boot a little sharper, I think this would work better.
Let me go against the grain and say that there is much to like here. Something is just really cool as I return and look at it. I feel the areas that draw my attention are her face, her dress, and the back boot. The rest have an impressionistic quality to it.
Is it too blurry? Maybe. Was this what you intended? You are the only one who knows. Will others like it? Obviously not everyone, but certainly not noone, either. Is it a mistake. No!
I happen to like it......maybe it is because I saw boots like that hitting the paths in the Czech wilderness...and I do not mean on nice walking paths.....I saw those kind of boots on hillsides hiking up the mountians where there were no actual paths....it was my forst time to see short skirts worn by hikers also.....oh whatta site.........oops sorry i ahve pic open on another monitor as I am writing.....

Nothing I point my camera at, is ever a mistake.
Perhaps not a quintisential image but never a mistake.
I was not trying to sound like I was bashing the picture, I not have used the best way to describe my thought. I just though some part should have been in focus IMHO.
Love the burger, but would be perfect if the peppers were IN the sandwich!
This gave me an idea. There's a sandwich shop down the street from where I live, that has "Build a Burger" on their menu. I'm going to see if I can order something like this! Thanks for posting this image, as it made me hungry, and I couldn't decide what I wanted to eat. You made up my mind for me!

This would be much better, spike or no spike, if she was a bit blurred and the background wasn't. As is, it strikes me as being too much of a blur.

No such thing is there? Really, in my opinion, The only failure is NOT learning from your mistakes.
I agree that this would have been a great shot if she was blurred and the BG sharp.
