Nikon MC-20 remote control for N90/N90s F5, F6, F100
and some Digital SLR's with a 10 pin remote plug.
Needs battery, type of battery is listed in battery compartment.
Some camera's such as the F100 and maybe newer film and Digital SLRs
may power the unit from the camera body.
3.5 foot length.
Sorry no manual I cannot find it.

Bumping this due to more information gained on
Nikon camera body compatibility. For which I supplied
incorrect information in my initial posting. Sorry it's what
happens when your last Nikon camera was an N90.
