Frozen Paradise

Central Florida with temps in the mid to low 20’s this morning and I braved the cold. Farmers and nurserymen run their sprinklers all night to insulate the sensitive foliage from the freezing temperatures to reduce damage. Which give us some rather good opportunities for some Ice shooting. Did I mention that I absolutely hate the cold, and that’s why I moved here? I can’t imagine how much colder it would have been if not for global warming.

    What an opertunity to caputre,, 20 degrees in your world is freezing but I would love that weather temp.. I could spend a lot of time there and getting as many shot as I could, that doesn't happen very much on your neck of the woods..

    I'm with lilirishangel -- I would love the temps you had. Your low is warmer then our high today and were up almost 50* warmer then our low yesterday rolleyes1.gif

    Hope the crops were saved with the watering.

    Wonderful set. Cannot name a favorite as all are great to look at.

    I know what you mean by hating the cold. I just spent the weekend in the Central Valley in CA and the temps were in the low 50's, so we were all whining about it...eek7.gif

    Nice series Phil. Ice covered trees always make great images. -15 deg. F. here yesterday, today warmed up to 21 deg. and felt downright balmy! :D
