I'm not a regular of this section, but I am going to jump in and say that I really like the first shot!

15524779-Ti.gif. Excellent composition. The repetition of the pots is great. clap.gif If it were mine, I would crop it into a pano aspect, removing the top to just below the three light fixtures. I find that bright yellow at the top and on the left edge a little distracting.

    Great shots
Really great shots and I'm looking forward to checking out your blog. I'm leaving to visit my son in Taipei in just a few weeks so I'll be looking for some great PJ/street shots myself. Nice work.

    Thanks for the tip

Thanks! Glad you liked the shots. Taipei, and Taiwan in general, is always a great place to visit and there are lots of opportunities for interesting shots. If you have a camera and lens that is good for low light, the night markets are really rewarding. There are a bunch of other places like Ximending that I would like to have visited but I was busy with family most evenings.

Thanks for tip. I'll be free much of the time and I love shooting night stuff on the street. Typically I'll use my 50/1.4 or a 20/2.8. Thanks again.
