Background: Finally admitted I'm too busy with work and family commitments to make good use some of a my wonderful photo gear (see other ads as well) so it's time to find it homes where it will be used and appreciated and allowed to run freely through the streets and fields. ;o)
Payment in US$ via PP or whatever makes sense to both of us. I'll sell worldwide to established DGrin members with solid feedback. International shipments via USPS. In the U.S., your preference, but I usually use FedEx Ground. All shipping done at actual cost from my smoke-free home.
I want you to be happy with your purchase so I'll do my best to describe the gear as it is so when you get it you'll say, "Yep, it's what I expected!" Please ask questions if my description or the pix are lacking!
Canon 28-70 f/2.8 'L' - $750
This lens was fully serviced by Canon (NJ) in 2009. I told them to do whatever they had to do to make sure this solid, pro-level lens was performing at its best. ~$200 later, it is.
Functionally it's truly excellent of course. Overall cosmetic condition is excellent as well. There is a light scrape mark on the barrel when it's extended (see fourth pic) and the front element has some very minor marks that I have not been able to photograph. I asked Canon service to check the latter and they said there was no effect on images.
Also included are the original caps, hood and bag.
