Can't get owner view in galleries

I login and everything is fine on my homepage. When I go to a gallery it appears to revert to visitor view and I can't change anything. If I go back to my homepage after a gallery it's in visitor view with no option to go to owner view. It appears I'm still logged in because when I go to smugmug.com and click on homepage i'm back in owner view. Thoughts?

Edit: I've been playing around with it and about the only thing I can do to a gallery is upload a picture and nothing else. I normally use Firefox but I went to IE, cleared cookies and all browsing info with same result once I logged in.

    Hi Ken,

I checked your account from a couple of different browsers and couldn't replicate the problem you described. This is probably just an issue caused by cookies keeping the old gallery information. Can you please clear your browser's cache and cookies? Then log back in and try viewing some of your galleries again. If you still appear to be in the "Vistor View" please let us know. You can us SmugMug Support Heroes directly at help@smugmug.com.

I actually tried that on two different computers with no luck. I tried a hard refresh and it came back on IE, that will work for now. Thanks.

"hard refresh" sounds like just refreshing without using your cache. It's
probably a corrupt cookie, why the Smugmug cookies need to be deleted like
