Downloading CSV file for Sales History Bug

I am unable to download my sales history in CSV format (a great tool by the way that I have used in the past) but the system only downloads column headers (no data). SmugMug staff has been working on this for several days and reports are that it is only my account that has this issue.

Anyone else having this problem? I'm hoping there are a few more accounts with the bug to help them determine what the root cause may be.

    Not much to tell. We know the problem, and our engineers are trying to PD and fix it. It's a total one-off situation, to the OP, we're very sorry and we appreciate your patience.

    Still not working....I can't believe that out of all of the SmugMug pros I'm the only one.......
