copyrighting question

I have a question about copyrighting photos. hopefully this is the correct area to post it.
Hopefully someone can shed some light.

I have 19 years worth of photos I recently organized to be copyrighted.
There are approx. 7,000 images from 1991 to 2009 ready to go.
Question is- do I have to register them by each year or can I do it under one collection?

Next question is- are all the photos I placed on my Facebook page, FLICKR, and personal website all considered "published works"?
