Video Problems

Hi, I've uploaded a video today, twice. The picture shows up but then a captions comes up that says video not found. Thanks for you help.

Is it the video in the 'Jennifer & Tariq' gallery?
If so, it's loading and playing for me. Were you trying to view the video as it was being processed? Could you give it another try and see if it plays for you.

If that's not the video and the video is in a private gallery, email the help desk with a link and we'll take a look for you.

Kathy, I've had this happen twice in the past couple of weeks. Clear your cache and try playing the video again. It should work. Does for me.
