I'm just noticing now that these look a little washed out. I figure these were processed on my old monitor before color calibration.

    I think they're pretty good. Not much you can do about the overcast skies.

    Not a photography comment, but i was struck by the numbers of Polynesians in your images - not something I would have expected in your country!

    Ooh I love these. I watched some rugby (as it was threatening to run me over during a soccer game) and it was so hard to see isolated people like this. Seemed like lots of people in masses. So these seem like awesome captures!

    I've done a lot (basketball/hockey/football/soccer/volleyball/badminton) but rugby I've always like because of the facial expressions - and the contact!

    Here's one of my first shots, captured with the first Digital Rebel in 2005...

    All sports have the good points, but I really enjoy getting the rugby shots!
