Contact sheet

I am not sure where to post this but this seems like the right spot.
Does anyone know of really good -and cheap- software for printing contact sheets? I use Adobe Elements but I think it is slow and difficult. I am looking to print either 4 or 5 rows and 4 or 5 columns if that matters.

they can make up those 4x6 "contact" sheets................
I hope it works.
I never said that it was safe, just free!
Look at the current warnings against MSIE, and HP is a big company just like MS. Any product can have security backdoor issues or a website can be spoofed or a download could contain a trojan or other nasty... That being said and for what this is worth, I have this HP product installed on both Mac and PC and I have not noticed any problems. Let the buyer beware and all that!
BTW, the product in question is more for doing "picture packs" than for "contact sheets".

For a contact sheet, select file/print/proof sheet.

OK, FWIW- It would download onto the laptop (HP) but wouldn't run, even in Compatability and Administrator modes.
Had to uninstall.

Related Question (I think):
They can be printed as contact sheets in Elements, but does anybody know of a good way to simply create and Email images as contact sheets to someone? Laptop uses Elements 5.0, if that matters.

I do create contact sheets in Elements but I cannot get it to create a jpg file. I can use Lightroom but it not easy to do. Plus Lightroom cost $300! I tried HP and it was not easy, I tried Vue and I could not figure it out. (no patience). I see on onling that is Contact creator 2.5 I am going to try that.
*I think I am starting to figut out what I want. What I want is to be able to print the contact sheets to a jpeg file. The reason I want to do this is because I will be able to upload them on smugmug and let anyone print them -and get paid when they do, Yes! Since I own Elements and it does what I want except print to jpeg I think all I need is a "jpeg printer". I looked online and found a few. Now I need to find one that is safe and cheap! Does anyone know of a safe and cheap way to do this?
These instructions are somewhat simplified as they vary based on OS and the like, but a few screen captures might help. Being that this is all done with installed software (or opensource software) it doesn't get much less expensive.
There are other tools that can help with this as has been outlined, but it might also be worth browsing through SourceForge.net.
