This all happened after a new window 7 computer shut down by the power management while I was uploading pictures. I fixed that but I'm struggling here. My uploads take two or three days on a cable modem so this is very painful and costly.
Thanks for your help..
Larry

    Hi,

We have found that updating your current installation of java will typically resolve this issue.

Follow these steps to make sure your java is up to date for a PC:

    1) Go to http://www.java.com

    2) Click on "Do I have Java?" and wait for the test to run.

    3) Follow the steps to get the latest version of Java if you need it.

Let us know. If the problem persists, please write our Support Heroes and let us help you directly from the help desk. Thanks!

I finally fugured it out. My security "SA" was blocking JAVA and a few other things that needed to be running. You would think Windows 7 would be smart enough to tell you to check those settings..

    Thanks for the help
