It is difficult to shoot backlit subjects after sunset as there is not enough light and the subject becomes a silhouette, which is probably not what you intended in this shot. The flag doesn't quite stand out as it should. You can remedy that by taking a photo with the flash on (if you're close enough) or, if you are striving for silhouettes, try to underexpose. Experiment!
