Saturday I was out by noon and went exploring until just after sunset. It was a great exploration and found some unique things.

Here are some sunflowers!

These are all great shots, but I LOVE #3 thumb.gif

It looks like some kind of military line-up.

When I saw the snippet of the post in the post listing and it mentioned sunflowers I was expecting to see the standard bright-yellow-sunflower-against-a-blue-sky shot that most of us make. Your images were a pleasant surprise and nicely done. I think number 3 is the strongest of the group and tells something of a story, sort of invites an anthropomorphic response from the viewer. Being a fan of B&W photos I found myself wondering what it would look like converted to B&W, might be even more dramatic.

    Thank you very much everyone!

I hope to find something this interesting again this coming weekend. A good friend is into collection animal skulls and has a wide variety and agreed to let me use some as props. So I might have some interesting shots coming up! We'll see.
