    I'd suggest cropping this pic tighter, to get rid of the furniture in the BG. Afterall, it's your eyes that make the pic :D Also, if you have any way of diffusing, or bouncing your flash it will help reduce skin glare.

    Still a nice pic and you have some lovely brown peepers :D
