Hi everyone I am new to photography but am learning this is a grasshopper Macro I took a few months ago...go easy Im tender...lol

    well they are good shots esp for a newbie - Lovely light ,colour and composition in the first 2 and the focus where it should be.

    WCE did poorly didn't make the finals...I used a D5000 with Sigma 150mm Macro I believe f/8 ish 1/60..will check though.

    The sigma is a nice lens,,BTW me folks are in Fremantle Perth, travel between singapore and Perth..Keep those comming, Still learnign and reading took the dive into macro after seeing some superb shots from Brian Paddler and some other folks here , who luv what they do. Going to do a third set of test this weekend but te snow is holding me back.from goign outside for som flakes which i want to shot..

    Good stuff I'm a Freo Dockers supporter so happy for WCE to do badly...lol

    The Sigma 150mm is a superb Lens I have kept with all Nikon lens's bar the Sigma and so far I find it Pin sharp.
