Unknown bug C&C welcome

Not sure what insect this is. I used a Rodenstock Apo-Rodagon-D 75mm lens & bellows attached to my Canon 400D for these shots.
I kept getting a reflection on the lens but couldn't figure out where it was comming from.

judging by the rolled up tongue/proboscis and the feathery antennae it's a moth. What kind of moth still eludes me. I like the soft lighting, btw...really shows up their dusty quality. it also looks dead. Is it dead?
