We have decided to add the event logo to our sales offerings based on the many requests we receive. I have the logo in jpeg format and don't know what to do next...basically we want to overlay it on the images...any help would be appreciated...

If yes, this page should help - http://www.smugmug.com/help/custom-watermark-protection. I'm probably guessing wrong since I see that you have watermarks on some of the photos on your site, so you must already know how to create and apply watermarks.
If not, where (or how) do you want to use the logo?

Thanks Denise..
I want to offer prints with the event logo on the print..
You still need the graphic as a png or a psd with transparent background. Then you can copy paste it onto your images as a new layer. If it is a jpeg it won't be transparent and will not work to overlay.
