Studio strobe and power supply question

I am looking at getting some used Speedotron strobes. Specifically 2 x M90s and 2 x MW3R. The package includes a D402 power supply (non LV)

So two questions...

1) Can this be fired wirelessly with an E-bay trigger?

2) With the separate power supply rated for 400ws, and four outlets. Does this mean 400ws per outlet, or will there only be 100ws power available to each outlet if I am using all four lights?

Seems like a good deal but this is new to me.

I am not familiar with that particular system but yes, pack systems are generally rated by the power pack, which gets divided into the sum total of flash heads.

Without knowing the condition and age of the system I don't know its value. ("Excellent" condition on Craigs List might mean a lot of things.) The power pack is still available new so I don't think the system is probably too old.

Yes, you should be able to trigger from a radio slave with the right cabling (and possibly adapter). I am unfamiliar with the unit so also unfamiliar with the exact procedure. You should be able to ask the seller that question.

I would definitely recommend a fairly extensive test session with the unit prior to purchase. Some problems only occur after the unit has been cycled a number of times and thermal problems may not show up immediately.
