Really nice pic, I like the way that is cropped, did you shoot the one with the porch too?

Hope to go to the 40ft hole tommorow, it is gonna be a scorcher though.

Did you get any buffalo pics while you were there?

10/4 on the water AJ.......that heat is hard on us fat boys.....lol. I really hope the 40ft hole is everything that I have heard it is. Did you see any snakes at all? Last time I was there I was so worried about the rattlers I'm sure I missed a lot of shots!!!

They are both great - love all of the sky. being a prairie girl(well, okay over the hill prairie person) I really love vast skies.

    Great work aj.

I still cannot believe the differences in the size of the skies in the mid west, and the intensity of the light, completely different that here in the east.

And thank you very much Ann.

Beautiful light you found there. I prefer the first - the aspect ratio seems to fit better.

Did you use a filter to get the sky that blue? Or is the sky really just that much more beautiful without the smog and haze of a big city??

I did use a polarizer, but the skies are really that more beautiful out there... Thanks for looking.
