Problems with Bay Photo Profile

It seems to me that the Bay Photo color profile has serious problems.
Whenever I convert my file to it it appears to be fine, not really showing a noticeable change. But when I look at it in the Windows picture viewer or upload it to smugmug it looks awfully red.
Anyone else have this problem?
