WTT: Nikon D200 with Lens

So this is what I have:

Canon 30D (low actuations)
Sigma 24-70 2.8
55-200 lens, probably made by Tamron and rebranded by Quantaray.
Everything that came with this stuff is still there.

This is what I'm looking for:
Nikon D200 (low actuations)
Decent Nikon lens (17-70 or some good 2.8)
Preferably all boxing included.
