My "Get-a-Link" Button is Gone

Hopefully I didn't break the system, but my get a link button has disappeared. I've double checked the gallery settings, but might have overlooked something.

Anyone help?

Thanks! I had never noticed that button before. Oh well, my ol' man always told me I was just living proof that there's always room for improvement!
