Trying to put in a replacement background for a few shots. Here's before and after on two. Not real happy with the results, especially where the headline meets the background. How can I do this better??

No. Don't "lose" the flash. Just get creative with it. Bounce it off a wall or ceiling, shoot it through a diffuser, or take it off camera. I will agree that straight on-camera flash is rarely flattering to your subjects.
Thanks! Great tutorial!
