Is it possible to rename keywords sitewide?

Is it possible to rename keywords across an entire site?

So, if I had a keyword "game" that was used for photos in multiple galleries/categories/etc - would be possible to change the keyword to "match" and have the keyword change everywhere the original appeared?

Hi Bass!

We're terribly sorry but at this time it's not possible to change keywords across the site. To re-keyword images you do need to go into the gallery Tools button > Edit Captions/Keywords and use the bulk tools there. But again, this is only for the specific gallery you're in and you'll need to repeat this for each gallery.

You sure? When I go to a keyword gallery, I can use the bulk tool to edit them all. Am I missing something? This is one of my favorite recent smugmug features.

I have done that with existing keywords, just as you suggest Dave. Go to the keyword gallery, then edit captions/keywords, and replace.

Takes a little while to index, but it worked for me across a handful of galleries.

Well, it turns out you learn something new no matter how long you're a Smugger

I never thought to use the bulk keywords tool while in the dynamic keyword gallery, itself. Hope you figured this out by now, Bass10!
